Thitek "Bear" GEN III HEMI Heads


The THITEK GIIIH "Bear" is the first aftermarket available cylinder head for the Late Model Hemi platform. A true bolt on cylinder head design that replaces the factory cylinder head with no other modifications needed.

The ultimate in performance upgrade for your G III / IV late model engine. Airflow has been increased from over 75 cfm on the 2.125" 200 cc head to over a whooping 100 cfm on the 2.165" 205cc head over factory as cast cylinder heads. A high flow exhaust port design increases airflow over 50 cfm over the factory designs.

This is a completely new casting made of A356 material and is approximately 2x the strength as an OE cylinder head. All heads are drilled for both left and right exhaust bolt pattern and oil drain backs which allows for heads to be interchangeable from side to side and also gives turbo cars additional bolt holes for header flanges. One oil return will be plugged using a NPT plug to avoid leaks. Both the Port Walls and the deck thickness have been increased and additional features added for gasket retention. Ductile Iron valve seats and Bronze Valve Guides come standard as well as Reinforced rocker arm pedestals. To insure precision all Intake ports, Exhaust Ports and Combustion Chambers are CNC Machined. All factory accessories will bolt on and the exterior of the casting is OEM configured.
